Customer is solely responsible for using adequate box/carton/shipping container and packing materials in accordance with the shipping carrier’s rules and regulations. Kruse Amplification will use same packing materials to ship the amp back to customer and we are not responsible for any damages occured due to inadequate packaging.
Kruse Amplification gets shipping discounts through UPS. We can provide our customers with shipping labels at this discounted rate. Customer should provide his/her address, weight and dimension of box/carton/shipping container. We will then email the shipping label.
KRUSE GUITAR AMPS + STEREO POWER AMP:
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY excluding tubes. Tubes installed by Kruse Kontrol come with a 3 month warranty. Original invoice must be presented. Please contact us as soon as the problem occurs. Customer pays for all shipping fees.
KRUSE AMP SWITCHERS:
5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Original invoice must be presented. Please contact us as soon as the problem occurs. Customer pays for all shipping fees.
MODIFICATIONS:
LIFE TIME WARRANTY as long as you own the amp on all parts installed
and labor performed, excluding tubes. Tubes installed by Kruse Kontrol
come with a 3 month warranty. Original invoice must be presented. Please
contact us as soon as the problem occurs. Customer pays for all shipping fees.
REPAIRS:
3 months warranty from date of invoice on all parts installed and
labor performed. Please contact us as soon as the problem occurs and
prior to the 3 months. Customer will pay for shipping the amp to us,
Kruse Kontrol will correct the issue free of charge and pay for return
shipping.
No warranty applies if problem was caused by neglect or wrong handling of amp.
No warranty applies if the amp was damaged during transit in which case a claim with the shipping carrier needs to be filed right away. Please keep all original packaging !
