I decided to take my Diezel to Kruse Kontrol for a couple of mods because I thought the tone was missing something. I had asked Mike Fortin if he can mod Diezels and he said he did not have time and would have to really study the circuit which was rather complex. So, I then thought better go to Jens Kruse, and I was right! Man, when I got the amp back not only was it ready in record time but it just screamed! So much more headroom and clarity. The DeKompression Mod opens up heavily versus the stock tone. Also wanted to try the KRUSE VARIAC which has no thinning of sound, the complete opposite to power breaks !
